Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Note: A $4.95 return shipping fee applies to all returns and shade swaps. Please review the policies below before you initiate your return to ensure your items qualify for a refund:
Items must be returned in new or gently used condition.
If you want to swap a Highlight, Contour, Illuminator, Demi Correctors, or Bronzer for a different color, place a new order and initiate the return of the item you want to swap within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will process the appropriate refund and locate your new order and refund any shipping costs. Please select “shade swap” as the reason for your return. Note: Lip and Cheeks and Eyeshadows are not available for shade swapping.
All items that are purchased as part of a collection must be returned as a complete set. (excluding the getting started IIID collections, which qualify for limited shade swapping)
All apparel items must be returned unworn with original tags attached.
Sales and Clearance
Clearance, discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns.
Palettes purchased with Palette Credit are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Party Hostess Orders
Items purchased with party hostess rewards (store credit or 50% 0ff) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You may return your Artist Kit within one year of purchase for a refund of 90% of the purchase price. Artist Kit must be returned in its entirety; all items must be unused and in resalable condition. You are advised to insure the package for $200, as Seint is not responsible for lost shipments. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the benefit of this Return & Exchange Policy is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
Seint reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Return requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Seint concludes that the purchaser has abused or attempted to abuse the Return & Exchange Policy.
Start a Return
Your Order # can be found in your order history, packing slip, or purchase confirmation email.
You will have the option to print your return label or have a QR code emailed to you. Simply show this QR code at one of the USPS locations to have the label printed for you. Note: Please allow up to 3 days for your return request to be approved. An email from ‘DODDLE’ will arrive with your return instructions.
Once we receive your return, we’ll send an email to confirm we have received your order and processed your refund. Your refund will be credited back to your credit or debit card within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Note: A $4.95 return shipping fee applies to all returns and shade swaps. Once return has been requested, it must be dropped off at participating USPS location within 30 days of order delivery to qualify for a refund.Start Return
